Embedded job VS CDAC embedded course india

I am doing a job in embedded company right now, but i want to learn more. So will 6 months of CDAC embedded course be more valued by embedded companies or 6 months of embedded job experience?
I already have 8 months of experience in a embedded company.

If you work in a product company for a while and move across divisions, you should get enough experience to build a complex product on your own.
