embedded lab error

Sir,

After numerous attempts to initialize the embedded lab as described in the embedded programming laboratory setup slide I successfully launched the lab but got stucked once the lab got displayed , with this what I mean is that I am not able to click anywhere , I am not able to click on project / file so that I may proceed with my programing. I can observe that the signal strength is excellent. I tried the same on other laptop but the results where same. please let me know where I am lacking.

Dear Sir,

I almost forgot to mention that this was the first time that I was trying to setup the embedded lab. Sir, I will be extreamly thankful to you if you can elaborate the sentence that you have written above . Does that mean that I will have to contact the support team , If yes how should I proceed .

Forum is for technical questions. If you face issues like client is not working, or something got hanged etc., you should send a mail at support@virtuq.com. That is why I had earlier suggested you to download TeamViewer and help us debug problem at your end through TeamViewer.
